This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through NovaSynth Peptide, operated by Hangzhou Zhiyang Network Technology Co., Ltd..

General Policy

Due to the specialized nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed and shipped. Custom synthesis orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Product received is materially different from the order specification
• Product is damaged during transit and documented upon receipt
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) does not match the agreed specification
• Order was not fulfilled due to our error

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation (photos, COA comparison, etc.).

Resolution Options

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement shipment, partial credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Return shipping costs for approved returns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

• Custom synthesis orders after production has started
• Products stored or handled improperly after delivery
• Orders cancelled after dispatch
